As the week draws to a close, we wanted to post a short note to say how deeply thankful we are to each and every family who have come to us for assistance over these recent and exceptional weeks.
We know that the social restrictions put in place by Government have made already difficult and emotional situations even harder.
It is incredibly important to us to always provide families with the highest level of care and service at all times – and we have done everything we possibly can to help minimise the impacts on our services due to Coronavirus.
We would also like to thank our Celebrant, Clergy and Funeral Director friends for your support, your understanding and assistance as we have worked together to ensure advice from Government on maximum numbers of attendees at funeral services has been followed. You are an incredible group of people and we are proud to be your friend and colleague.
Thanks also to our technical support team, without whom we wouldn’t have been able to provide complimentary webcast services for every full service as a way of helping families and friends unable to attend services in person due to the restrictions on the number of attendees at services.
And to all of our suppliers, from our fabulous and diligent cleaning team through to our cheery postie – we are incredibly thankful for everything you do for us.
Please be assured that we will continue to provide a safe and comfortable place for families to hold funeral services during these exceptional times.
